C...Here's another one that is really yummy too.<br />Coconut Joys<br />-<br />1/2 Cup butter<br />2 cups powdered sugar<br />7 oz package of coconut (finely shredded/flaked)<br />2 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)<br />-<br />1. melt butter in a saucepan and remove from heat.<br />2. add sugar and mix well.<br />3. Stir in coconut<br />4. All of them! <br />One of my favorites, that is ridiculously easy and you don't even have to bake!<br />Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars<br />1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter<br />1 12oz bag semi sweet Choc Chips<br />4 Cups mini marshmallows<br />-<br />Melt the chococate chips and PB together, let them cool slightly and then add the marshmallows. you do not want the marshmallows to melt. Stir it all up and spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan and refridgerate! <br />So yummy!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
